Group administrators or creators are responsible for managing their members and access rights within the platform.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• Pricing and billing details will be clearly displayed during checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, with reasonable notice provided to users.

Users must comply with any additional terms that apply to those integrations.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, savings growth, or performance metrics. You are solely responsible for financial decisions made by your group based on the platform’s information.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or when required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your group’s data before permanent deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect updates, regulations, or product improvements. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or in-app messages. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent courts within Uganda.
