1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KashRound's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

KashRound provides a digital platform for managing savings groups, including but not limited to contribution tracking, loan management, member administration, and financial reporting. We facilitate transactions but do not hold funds on behalf of users.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit harmful code or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent activities

6. Savings Groups

KashRound facilitates the management of savings groups but is not a party to any agreements between group members. Group administrators are responsible for setting and enforcing group rules. KashRound is not liable for disputes between group members or any financial losses resulting from group activities.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain features of our Services may be subject to fees. All fees are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change with notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your designated payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by KashRound or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, kashround SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KashRound and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
