I forgot my password.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email and you'll get a confirmation screen, if the reset email doesn't arrive, use the "Didn't receive the email" option to resend it.
I never received my verification code, or it says the code expired.
Verification codes are 6 digits and are sent automatically when you register. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, or you see "Verification code has expired", use the resend option on the verify-email screen rather than reusing an old code, resending is disabled for a short countdown after each request.
I'm stuck on the verify-email screen every time I log in.
This means your account exists but your email hasn't been confirmed yet. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your inbox to finish verification, after that you'll go straight to your dashboard on future logins.
My invite link or code says it's invalid or expired.
Invite links and codes are time-limited (roughly two weeks) and can be revoked by an admin. Ask whoever invited you to generate a fresh invite link or code from the group's Members page.
"This invitation has expired" or "Invalid or tampered invitation token."
The link you clicked is no longer valid, either it's past its expiry or was copied incorrectly. Ask your group admin to resend a new invite.
"Payment amount exceeds the total amount due."
You're recording a contribution larger than what's currently owed on that account. Check the member's scheduled contribution amount and any outstanding balance, then record the correct figure.
"Insufficient balance" when transferring funds.
The wallet or account you're transferring from doesn't have enough funds to cover the amount you entered. Check the source balance and adjust the transfer amount.
My CSV import failed, or some rows didn't import.
KashRound shows exactly which rows succeeded and which failed, with the specific reason (e.g. an invalid date format, or a member who isn't in the group) next to each failed row. Fix those rows in your spreadsheet and re-upload, only the file needs correcting, nothing already imported is affected.
A member sees a message that a feature isn't set up yet.
Savings, loans, and investments each require an admin to configure at least one product or type before members can use them (Settings → Savings Products / Loan Products / Investment Types). If you're a member seeing this, ask your group admin to finish that setup.
"Member limit exceeded" banner on the dashboard.
Your group has more members than your current plan allows. An admin needs to upgrade the plan from Settings → Subscription, or reduce the group's member count.
