Group profile & registration
Under Settings, admins can update the group's name, address, district, and state/province. If your group is officially registered, toggle it on to add a registration number, registration date, and upload your registration certificate (you can preview or replace it later without leaving the page).
Switching between groups
If you belong to more than one group, chama, cash round, or investment club, use the group switcher in the top header to jump between them. Settings, members, and everything else on the page updates to that group instantly, and your role (admin or member) updates too.
Subscription & billing
The Subscription tab in Settings shows your current plan, member usage, and billing start date. Plans are priced either as a flat monthly fee or per member, and each plan caps how many members a group can have.
If your group grows past its plan's member limit, admins see a banner with the exact numbers (e.g. "25 members but your plan only allows 20") and an Upgrade Plan button, non-admins see the same warning but can't act on it. Downgrading is blocked if your current member count exceeds the lower tier's limit.
Paid plans show an invoice history, and admins can apply a promo code before confirming an upgrade or subscribing for the first time.
Audit log
Admins have access to a full audit log of everything created or changed in the group, who did it, when, and from what to what. Click any "updated" entry to expand a before/after comparison of the fields that changed. This is useful when a treasurer changes and the group wants a clean record of what happened before the handover.
